Fix your eyes. Drift down.
Modern self-hypnosis, beautifully made. Dream on purpose, bring calm back in one touch, and fall asleep to living soundscapes, across 100 fully narrated sessions in four voices. Built for the dark: the voice sends the phone away, the screen fades to black, and the sound carries you the rest of the way.

What's inside
Everything, considered.
Dream Incubation
Choose one of twelve painted dream worlds at bedtime, from someone you love to the northern lights. A guided session plants it as you fall asleep, and a morning journal records what came back.
Calm Anchor
A classic hypnotherapy technique, built in: train a simple touch with a chime, a light and a heartbeat pulse, then bring calm back anywhere in a minute.
100 narrated sessions
Sleep, anxiety, focus, confidence, self-compassion and more, from 5-minute resets to 30-minute sleep sessions and stories.
Four voices
Calm, Friend, Storyteller and a soft Whisper. Every session is recorded in all four.
Made for the dark
A minute or two in, the voice asks you to set the phone down and close your eyes. The screen fades to black on its own, the phone is free to lock, and the session finishes on sound alone.
Afterwards
When the voice stops, a soundscape of your choice keeps playing for 30, 60, 90 minutes or all night, then fades out. The room never goes abruptly silent while you are still falling asleep.
Living soundscapes
Sixteen seamless sounds, from rain and ocean to night train and brown noise. Mix three, set a timer, drift off.
Trance Score & streaks
Discover how hypnotizable you are, then build the habit with streaks, a depth ladder and a mood journal.
